【摘要】 目的探讨血栓闭塞性脉管炎坏疽的换药方法及护理要点。方法对符合脉管炎坏疽的18例患者进行了去除坏死组织,彻底清创,神灯照射,大流量喷氧以及敏感抗生素及“伤科黄水”湿敷等局部换药方法。结果症状均明显改善,治疗总有效率达89%。结论护士通过细致的护理方法护理病人,运用正确的换药方法对患者康复起到非常有效的作用,可避免截肢手术,减少患者痛苦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Medicine method and nurse of thrombo angitis obliterans gangrene. Methods To the 18 patients according with thrombo angitis obliterans gangrene ,Clean away the necrotic organizations, give the debridement completely, irradiation with the Shendeng,spray abundant oxygen, use the susceptive antibiotic and covered with Huangshui etc. Results The symptoms improved evidently ,the total effective rate of the therapy reach to 89%.Conclusion To tend the patients aborative ,use the right medicine methods which is very important and effective to the healing of the patients.
