凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌耐药现状研究

【摘要】 目的研究凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)的耐药性及其与细菌性阴道病的关系。方法采用高盐甘露醇平板进行细菌的分离,K-B法检测其耐药性。结果18株CNS中,对青霉素G和磺胺甲基异口恶唑耐药率达94.4%,对红霉素和氨苄青霉素严重耐药。对利福平和万古霉素敏感。多重耐药率达88.8%。结论CNS耐药性的改变,可能为其致细菌性阴道病的原因之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antibiotic resistance for Coagulase -Negative Staphylococci and its relation with Bacterial Vaginosis. Methods Bacteria were isolated by High Salt Mannitol medium. Resistance to antibiotic was detected by discagar diffusion method. Results In the 18 strains of Coagulse -Negative Staphylococci, the resistance to Pencillin -G and Sulfametboxazole was 94.4%, the resistance to Erythromycin and Ampicillin was severe, but all susceptible to Vancomycin and Rifampicin. Multiply antibiotic resistance was 88.8%. Conclusion The altemation of antibiotic resistance of Coagulase -Negative Staphylococci may be responsible for its correlation with Baterial Vaginosis.
