【摘要】 目的探讨前列地尔(凯时注射液)对慢性重型肝炎并发肝肾综合征的预防作用。方法治疗组、对照组各30例,两组基础肝病治疗相同。治疗组加用前列地尔静滴治疗,治疗过程中监测患者肝功、肾功能、尿量情况。同时观察肝肾综合征发生情况。结果治疗组肝肾综合征发生率3.33%,对照组肝肾综合征发生率20.00%,两组经卡方检验,P<0.05,有显著差异。结论前列地尔能有效预防慢性重型肝炎并发肝肾综合征。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To explore the prevented effect of lipo-prostaglandin E1(PGE1) on the patients of chronic server hepatitis accompanied with liver-renal syndrome. Methods The liver function, renal function, urine amount in 60 patients were observed during treatment. At the same time, the rate of liver-renal syndrome was diagnosed. Results The rate of liver-renal syndrome in group treated with lipo-prostaglandin E1 was decline apparently (P<0.05). Conclusion Lipo-prostaglandin E1 can prevent the liver-renal syndrome effectively induced by chronic severe hepatitis.更多还原
