【摘要】 目的分析严重骨盆骨折就诊及治疗特点。方法回顾我院1993年1月至2005年1月102例严重骨盆骨折的危险因素、损伤组织、合并症及治疗等临床资料。结果本组102例,休克发生率高达35%(36例),合并伤较多,治疗的满意率为77%(78例),死亡率为10%(10例)。结论及早固定及多学科协同诊疗在严重骨盆骨折的救治中非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the clinical feature of visit and emergency treatment of severe pelvic fracture. Methods The clinical data about Risk factor, Impaired organism, complication and emergency treatment of 102 cases severe pelvic fracture from Jan. 1993 to Jan. 2005 on our hospital were retrospectively. Results Among 102 cases, 36 cases were shock rate was 35%,coalition injure were more,78 cases were cured and the satisfactory rate was 77%. 10 cases died and the mortality was 10%. Conclusion Early fastness immobilization and coherent department cooperation in treating severe pelvic fracture are especially important.更多还原
