【摘要】 目的探讨尿道下裂术后并发症的原因及护理措施。方法对55例尿道下裂术后并发症的原因进行分析,总结护理措施,预防术后并发症。结果手术成功率80%,并发症20%,包括尿瘘6例,切口感染3例,尿道狭窄1例,术后出血1例。结论加强术后护理,预防切口感染,可提高手术成功率,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obective Purpose to discuss the reason of postoperative complications of hypospadias surgery and the postoperative nursing measures.Method to analysis 55 cases of hypospadias surgery and the reason of the postoperative complications and to summarize the postoperative nursing measures, prevent the postoperative complications.Result operation success rate: 80%, postoperative compli- cations occured in the other 20% of patients,included: 6 cases of urethra fistula, 3 cases of incision infection, 1 case of urethra stenosis, 1 case of postoperative hemorrhage.Conclusion intensive postoperative nursing measure together with prevention of the incision infection, can raise the operation success rate and decrease the occurrence of the complications.更多还原
