【摘要】 目的探讨不同部位幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)的感染与贲门部化生的相关性。方法分别对227例胃溃疡、萎缩性胃炎中Hp感染和贲门部化生应用甲基绿-哌咯宁染色和爱先蓝染色进行检测。结果胃溃疡、萎缩性胃炎中胃窦部Hp检出率50.45%,贲门部Hp检出率21.10%,胃贲门部化生率71.55%。Hp检出率与病人年龄、性别、病变类型有关,胃窦部Hp检出率与贲门部化生显著相关(P<0.05)。结论胃窦部Hp感染可能是贲门部化生原因,机制可能是除Hp定植于贲门部外的其他途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To dicuss the correspondent relationships of Hp infection in different places and cardia metaplasia.Method Methylgreen - pyroninstaining method and alcian blue method were applied to test Hp infection and cardia metaplasia in 227 ulcer of stomach and shrivel gastritis cases. Results In Ulcer and shrivel gastritis,Hp positive percents at antrum is 50.45%,and that at cardia is 21.10%,the metaplasia percents at cardia is 71.55%.HP positive percents were correpondent to the age,sex,the kinds of lesions,and Hp positive percents at antrum had significant correspondent ralationships to metaplasia at cardi(aP<0.05)。Conclusion HP infection at antrum may be the cause of metaplasia at cardia,and the mechanism may be other ways except the fixture of Hp at cardia.更多还原
