【摘要】 目的了解社区60岁以上老年人的高血压流行现状及针对老年高血压患者进行防治干预一年后的效果。方法对社区60岁以上370名老年人,按标准方法进行现场询问,血压测量等横断面调查。社区卫生服务部对所检出的老年高血压患者采取干预措施一年,再复查。结果社区老年高血压的患病率为54.5%、知晓率为45.5%、治疗率为43.5%、控制率为6.9%,干预一年后知晓率为100%、治疗率为68.4%、控制率为23.2%,与干预前的相比均有统计学意义。结论社区老年人的高血压患病率高,知晓率、治疗率、控制率低;经过干预一年后,知晓率、治疗率、控制率有明显提高,提示社区卫生服务对老年高血压的防治起着十分重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objetive To study the epodemiological characteristics of hypertension in the communitY eldly aged 60 or over and the effect after one year nursing intervention aiming at the old hyoertensive. Methods A investigation to the 370 eldly aged 60 or over according to the standard methods,such as live questionare and blood presssure examination etc,was erolled.One year nursing intervention was performed on the old hypertensive by the community hygiene service department.Then countercheck was carried out. Result The prevalence rate of hypertension in the community eldly was 54.5%.The rate of awareness ,treatment and control were 45.5%,43.5% and 6.9%.Afer one year nursing intervention were 100%,68.4% and 23.2%.There was statistical significance in the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension in the community eldly was hign,while the rate of swareness,treatment and control were low.After one year nursing intervention,the rate of awareness,treatments and control obviously improved.It suggested that the community hugiene service plays a very impor- tant role in prevention and cure of the eldly hypertension.更多还原
