【摘要】 目的观察补骨脂素和保列治治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效观察,探讨良性前列腺增生的中药有效治疗药物。方法将30只SD大鼠随机均分为三组,去势7天后皮下注射丙酸睾酮5mg/kg,同时实验组灌胃给予补骨脂素40mg/kg,保列治0.1mg/kg·d,对照组给予等量蒸馏水,30天后处死,称取前列腺湿重、计算前列腺湿重,光镜观察前列腺组织病理学改变。结果补骨脂素组和保列治组大鼠前列腺湿重均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),光镜观察前列腺组织萎缩,管径增大,补骨脂素组和保列治组大鼠前列腺湿重无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论补骨脂素能显著抑制模型大鼠的良性前列腺增生,其机制可能是通过降低前列腺细胞增殖而实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of psoralen on benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and its mechanism. Methods Threety castrated SD rats were randomly divided into two groups(n=10 each), and were administered testosterone propionate 5mg/kg subcutaneously. At the same time, rats in the experiment group were infused into stomachs with psoralen 40mg/kg·d, rats in the control group were infused with distilled water. The rats were killed one month later. Prostatic weight and prostatic index were measured. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA ) index was analyzed by means og immunochemical technique. The pathological changes of prostatic tissue were observed under a microscope. Results Prostatic weight , prostatic index and PCNA index in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psoralen was able to suppress the benign prostatic hyperplasia. The mechanism might be the inhibition of cell proliferation of prostate.更多还原
