【摘要】 目的总结分析无痛性胃镜检查的护理要点,制订一系列护理操作程序的可行性。方法103例无痛性胃镜检查的护理工作按护理操作程序进行,从检查前宣教、环境温度调节、麻醉配合、静脉选择及通道的管理、体位摆放、防止皮肤损伤、镜检中的配合及观察、麻醉恢复期的护理等方面严格按规程操作,做到有章可循,有条不紊,形成完整的护理体系。结果胃镜检查前护理准备充分,胃镜检查过程中医护配合密契,配合技巧明显提高,从而缩短镜检时间,避免或减少了胃镜检查中并发症的发生,确保胃镜检查的顺利进行。结论无痛性胃镜检查的护理操作程序有利于胃镜检查和麻醉的顺利实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the key points of nursing of painless gastroscopic examination, and work out a suit of nursing operative program. Methods The nursing of painless gastroscopic examination was performed according to nursing operative program, including propaganda and education before examination, regulation of environmental temperature, anesthetic cooperation, choice of vein, management of passage, placement of posture, prevention of skin injury, cooperation and observation of gastroscopic examination and anesthetic nursing of recovery period. All operations were performed according to nursing rules and formed integrate nursing system. Results The nursing prepares before gastroscopic examination was enough, the cooperation of doctors and nurses was privity in the gastroscopic examination and the cooperative skill was improved. That could reduce the time of gastroscopic examination, avoid or reduce the recurrence of complication in the gastroscopic examination and ensure the success of gastroscopic examination. Conclusion The nursing operative program of painless gastroscopic examination is helpful for the implement of gastroscopic examination and anesthesia.更多还原
