基层医院护士长在突发性事件中的作用

【摘要】 目的总结护士长在突发性事件中配合医生、组织相关护士进行抢救的经验。方法回顾分析我院在1996年4月～2004年5月14次突发性事件收治的221例病例,寻找科学救护、提前制定护理工作流程,组织多科协作,进行抢救的有关经验。结果通过提前制定抢救流程,使抢救工作有条不紊的进行,在历次抢救中的218例患者中,无1例患者发生并发症,抢救成功率及治愈率达100%。结论充分发挥基层医院护士长在突发性事件中的作用,使护理工作做到科学、安全、快速,使患者得到迅速、准确、有效的急救,使护理管理科学化、规范化、制度化,是抢救成功的关键。更多还原
