【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of hernia intervertebral discs by improvement operation. Methods Tick out lumbar vertebrae intervertebral discs in small wound after accurately oriented. Therewere 30 patients,21 males and 9 females, according to the assessment standard of the improvement Macnab, all patients were followed up form 1 year to 4 years, Results Excellent rate 96.6%,no pain rate 95%, no patient relapsed.
