【摘要】 目的研究绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨代谢生化指标的变化情况及观察淫羊藿的防治效果。方法60例绝经后骨质疏松症患者均采用淫羊藿水煎服,日3次,通过6个月的治疗,比较治疗前后的症状体征,骨代谢生化指标变化。结果绝经后骨质疏松症患者在淫羊藿作用下,骨痛症状明显缓解,服药前后骨代谢生化指标有显著差异。结论淫羊藿可改善或纠正绝经后骨质疏松症患者的骨代谢生化指标而达到治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的目的,所以,采用淫羊藿防治绝经后骨质疏松是较理想的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To studying the postemenopansal osteoporosis patient’s bone metabolizing biochemistry quota change and observing the effect in preventing and treating of epimedium. Measure 60 female postemenopansal osteoporosis patient’s patients take decocted epimedium soup twice a day. After six months’ treatment, their symptom, bodily form and bone metabolizing biochemistry quota will be compared with those before. Result The effective of epimuedium in the postemenopansal osteoporosis patient’s alleviate symptomsof pain in bone. After the patient taking the medicine, the improvement of the symptom, the bone metabolizing biochemistry quota check is obvious with those before. Conclusion Epimuedium can improve or correct the postemenopansal osteoporosis patient’s bone metabolizing biochemistry quota so that it can reach the purpose of curing climacteric osteoporosis. Therefore, treatment with epimedium is one of the good measures to cure climacteric osteoporosis.更多还原
