【摘要】 目的探讨腹部手术后腹腔内出血的原因和治疗对策。方法对12例普外科腹部手术后出现的腹腔内大出血病例的原发病、首次手术方式、直接出血原因、治疗方法和结果进行分析。结果腹部手术后腹腔内出血的原发病中肝脏严重疾病占66.67%,作为直接出血原因,凝血功能障碍占75.00%,死亡率33.33%,58.33%采取保守治疗,41.67%采取剖腹探查。结论腹部手术后腹腔内出血与原发严重疾病和凝血功能障碍密切相关,应采取术前和术中预防为主的办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causes and treatment of intraabdominal hemorrhage in abdominal postoperation.Methods 12 patients with intraabdominal hemorrhage in abdominal postoperation were analysed, including primary disease,beganing operative methods,causes of bleeding,therapeutic methods and therapeutic result.Result 8 patients(66.67%)have severity hepar diseases,9patients(75.00%)have blood clotting discords, 4 patients(33.33%)were died,7 patients(58.33%)were seleced conservative treatment,5 patients(41.67%)were selectd exp.lap.Conclusion The intraabdominal hemorrhage in abdominal may be related with primary severity hepar diseases and blood clotting discords.It is suggestion to prevent abdominal postoperative bleeding in abdominal preoperative and perioperative.更多还原
