【摘要】 目的 对比静滴阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及不良反应。方法 将80例病人随机分为A组40例和B组40例。A、B两组分别静滴阿奇霉素10～15mg/(Kg·d)和红霉素20～40mg/(Kg·d)。观察临床痊愈率、有效率、病原体清除率以及不良反应发生率。结果 临床痊愈率、有效率、病原体清除率A组分别是67.5%、92.5%和87.5%,B组分别为42.5%、67.5%和57.5%,A组优于B组,并且有显著性差异;不良反应发生率A组为15%,B组为37.5%,A组低于B组。结论 静滴阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎均有较好的疗效,但阿奇霉素的效果更好,而且不良反应发生率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy and adverse effects of azithromycin(AT) and erythromycin(EM) by intravenous drip in treating pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods 80 patients wererandomly divided into group A (AT group, n=40) and group B(EM group, n=40), AT in intravenous dosageof 10～15mg/Kg·d and EM of 20～40mg/Kg·d were given respectively. Results the curative rate,effective rate and clearance rate of mycoplasma in AT group were 67.5%,92.5% and 87.5%, which werehigher than those in EM group 42.5%,67.5% and 57.5%. the incidence of adverse reactions in AT groupwas 15%,which was lower than that in EM group.Conclusion both infused AT and EM displayedsatisfactory therapeutic effects, but AT shows higher curative rate, mycoplasmal clearance rate andlower adverse reactions.更多还原
