【摘要】 目的 观察冷冻配合CO2激光治疗皮肤血管瘤的临床疗效。方法 先用液氮冷冻病灶至凝 固发白,在病灶未解冻前快速以CO2激光照射病灶,汽化至完全清除病灶。结果 50例患者中49 例一次治愈,1例于手术2个月后复发,经再次治疗痊愈,局部留有萎缩性疤痕及色素沉着或脱色 斑。结论 冷冻配合CO2激光治疗皮肤血管瘤出血少,治愈率高,不易复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe and freeze and cooperate with CO2 laser treat skin clinical curative effect of hemangioma. Methods Freeze and solidify and turn white with liquid nitrogen to focus first. In focus being fast to shine the focus in order to CO2 last before unfreezing, vaporize it to totally know the focusing. Result 49 patients out of 50 have been cured, only an operation recurs 2 months later. Through treating fullying recover again, the part leaves withering nature scar and pigmentation or takes off the patch.
