【摘要】 目的:探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的临床效果。方法:采用新鲜人羊膜移植治疗难治性眼表疾病89例,其中难治性翼状胬肉46例54眼,各种化学烧伤12例,热烧伤、爆炸伤5例,各种角膜溃疡22例、睑球粘连4例。结果:术后未发生1例感染,除2例翼状胬肉复发,1例溃疡穿孔,其余经3a随访均建立眼表,不同程度的提高了视力。结论:新鲜羊膜移植,能有效地重建眼表,且对基层来说是一种方便、经济、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 · AIM: To explore the clinical effect of fresh amnion transplant for the treatment of exterior ocular diseases.· METHODS: Fresh amnion transplant was applied for treating the refractory exterior ocular diseases in 89 cases, which include 46 cases (54 eyes) of refractory pterygium, 12 cases of various chemical burns, 5 cases of heat burns as well as explosive burns, 22 cases of various corneal ulcer and 4 cases of eye lid and eye ball synechia.· RESULTS: No infection occurred in any case, except the recrudescence of pterygium in 2 cases and the cankerous perforation in 1 case. The ocular exterior was established by 3a follow-up in the rest cases and the eyesight increased to various extent.· CONCLUSION: Fresh amnion transplant can effectively reestablish the ocular exterior, which is a convenient, economical and effective method for the grass roots.·更多还原
