【摘要】 目的:探讨丝裂霉素C(MMC)和透明质酸钠(Healon)在小梁切除术中的作用。方法:随机将61例65眼分成治疗组31例34眼和对照组30例31眼。治疗组术中使用MMC和Healon,而对照组常规行小梁切除术,术中不使用MMC和Healon。结果:治疗组术后2wk眼压≤21mmHg的34眼,而对照组≤21mmHg的25眼,>21mmHg的6眼(P>0.01);两组差异有显著性。术后浅前房治疗组和对照组分别是3眼和10眼(P<0.05);差异有显著性。术后Ⅸ型滤过泡,治疗组和对照组分别为1眼和6眼(P<0.05);差异有显著性。结论:MMC和Healon应用于小梁切除术,明显降低术后并发症,提高手术成功率,是可靠有效可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 · AIM: to explore the application of mitomycin C (MMC) and sodium hyaluronate (Healon) in trabeculectomy.· METHODS: A total of 61 cases (65 eyes) were randomly divided into Treatment Group (31 cases, 34 eyes) and Control Group (30 cases, 31 eyes). MMC and Healon were used in the trabeculectomy in the Treatment Group, but not in that of the Control Group. · RESULTS: At 2wk after surgery, there were 34 eyes with intraocular pressure (IOL)≤21mmHg in Treatment Group, while 25 eyes had IOL≤21mmHg and the other 6 eyes >21mmHg. Therefore, there were significant differences between the two groups (P >0.01). Postoperative shallow anterior chamber appeared in 3 eyes of Treatment Group and 10 eyes of Control Group, respectively, indicating significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). Postoperative filtering bleb Ⅸ occurred in 1 eye of Treatment Group and 6 eyes of Control Group, respectively, also indicating sharp differences between the two groups (P <0.05). · CONCLUSION: MMC and Healon can markedly reduce the postoperative applications and increase the success rate in trabeculectomy, which is an effective method applied in trabeculectomy.·更多还原
