超声波扭转振动镗孔装置设计
Design of Ultrasonic Torsion Vibration Boring Device for Hole
【摘要】 根据分离型振动切削原理设计了一种振动频率为20·7kHz、振幅为15μm的扭转振动装置。该装置由两个纵向换能器、两个纵向变幅杆、一个扭转变幅杆和支座组成,使用时将其安装在车床上,可对精密深孔进行超声振动镗削。
【Abstract】 Based on the ultrasonic vibration cutting principle, a ultrasonic tors ion vibration boring device with 20.7KHz vibration frequency and 15μm vibration amplitude is designed. The device is made up of the radio tube ultrasonic gener ator, two magnetism transducers, two half-wave longitudinal resonance cone ampl itudes, one half-wave tensional resonance cone amplitude and the bearing. It can be applied to the precision boring of deep hole.
