α-Al2O3复合涂层梳刀的金相组织分析
Metallographic Analysis of Carding Tool with α-Al2O3 Compound Coating
【摘要】 采用金相分析方法对αAl2O3复合涂层梳刀在高速精密切削加工中发生失效(即刀具塌尖、耐磨性差及寿命降低等)的质量影响因素加以分析,以便快速、准确地检测涂层的质量。
【Abstract】 By using metalographic analysis method, the influence factors of failure of the carding tool with α-Al2O3 compound coating are analyzed to detect the coating quality quickly and accurately.
