电场作用下预设升温速度对W-C-Co体系燃烧合成的影响
Effect of Preset Heating Rate on Combustion Synthesis of W-C-Co System based on Action of Electric Field
【摘要】 采用热模拟试验研究了电场作用下预设升温速度对W C Co体系燃烧合成过程、产物成分及产物显微结构的影响。结合试样加热过程中表现出的升温特性与产物的X射线衍射结果(XRD)分析发现:试样能够在较低温度下发生合成反应,即当预设升温速度为6 0 0℃/s~180 0℃/s时,点火温度在4 70℃~74 0℃范围内变化,且预设升温速度越快,试样的点火温度越低,点火延迟时间越短;随着预设升温速度的增加,合成产物中W2 C衍射峰值降低至消失,而WC衍射峰值升高。扫描电镜结果还显示随着预设升温速度增加,合成产物中WC颗粒减小。
【Abstract】 In this experimentation, by using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation instrument, the effect of preset heating rate on combustion synthesis process of W-C-Co system were studied, as well as the composition and the microstructure of the products. Associating the thermal feature of the heating process with the analysis of the products by X-ray diffraction (XRD), some results can be find, which show that: the synthesized reaction could take place at a relatively lower temperature, when the preset heating rate is 600℃/s~1800℃/s , the ignition temperature varies from 470℃ to 740℃; the ignition temperature reduces and the time before ignition decreases when the preset heating rate rises; at the same time, in the product WC diffraction peaks in X-ray diffraction diagram rise, the peaks of W 2C depress. Along with the preset heating rate rises, the photograph of SEM shows that the size of crystals of WC is diminished.
