外挂式和内嵌式ALC墙板钢框架结构的滞回性能试验研究
THE HYSTERESTIC BEHAVIOR OF STEEL FRAMES WITH ALC OUT-HUNG AND IN-FILLED WALLS
【摘要】 介绍了三榀钢框架及六榀带ALC墙板钢框架结构的水平静力及低周反复加载试验 ,研究了ALC墙板对钢框架结构承载力和刚度的影响 ,得到了横排外挂、竖排外挂和竖排内嵌ALC墙板钢框架结构的滞回性能。并在试验中发现 ,三种连接方式的ALC墙板和钢框架之间的连接性能很好 ,其中内嵌式ALC墙板对于墙体和框架之间的共同工作起了很大作用。在试验研究的基础上 ,给出了带ALC墙板钢框架结构的设计建议。
【Abstract】 Repeated and reversed tests of three full-scale steel frames of single bay and two stories without and six with ALC wall panels are carried out,which comprises two vertical out-hung ALC wall panels,two horizontal out-hung and two vertical in-filled ALC panels.The effects of the ALC out-hung and in-filled wall panels on the load-bearing capacity and stiffness of steel frames are studied through experimental and theoretical comparison on steel frames with and without ALC out-hung and in-filled wall panels.In addition,the hysteretic behavior of steel frames with and without ALC wall panels are also obtained.The tests prove that the connections between ALC wall panels and steel frames behave very well and ALC in-filled wall panels can play an important role in the mutual work of infilled walls and steel frames.Based on the experimental results,the suggestions for the structural design of steel frames with ALC wall panels are proposed.
