【Abstract】 The inadequate notices of refusal may bring about many legal disputes. The case of Voest- Alpine Trading USA Corp.V. Bank of China is a good example, which aroused great attentions in abroad bank line and legal circle. Owing to international characteristics in handling documentary credit, each bank will inevitably consider the documentary examination standards of the bank of opposite side, documentary discrepancies and reasonable time limit of dishonor. Therefore, the paper suggests reinforcing the domestic management of banks, properly applying to international practice to avoid losses.更多还原
