【Abstract】 The arrangement of urban logistics sys- tem should keep to the principle of making the goal of urban development in step with theurban master plan,modern logistics system and the main hinge for cargo transport are planned synchronically and attention be paid to the integration of existing resources.Based on the present industrial arrange- ment of Yangzhou,it is suggested that four logistics parks can be built at four points,one adjacent to the Port Industrial Park,one at the southwest of the junc- tion of Jiangyang Road and Yangtian Highway,one within the formal freight station and onein the north- east corner of Jiangyang Industrial Park.
