【摘要】 《陕西省城镇体系规划》将咸阳定位为西安的辅城,并规划两者共同构成西安都市圈。但实际上西安目前还未达到向周边城市辐射的阶段,西安、咸阳城市空间发展方向不同,两城市政府价值利益取向也不同,但产业结构却雷同,因而两者存在竞争关系。在当前“西—咸一体化”还不成熟的情况下,咸阳城市在近期的发展中仍需强调自身的独立性,将独具特色的主导产业做大做强,提高发展的核心竞争力,拉动西安向自己靠近。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xianyang is considered to be a comple- ment city to Xi’an by Shanxi City and Town System Planning,making both Xianyang and Xi’an the city circle of Xi’an.But as a matter of fact,the present development of Xi’an has not reached the stage of expanding to the surrounding areas.With different directions for their urban spatial development, Xianyang and Xi’an have different value and inter- est orientations for their governments.However, they have similar industrial structures,thus result- ing in competitions between them.At the present time when it is not ripe for the "integration of Xi’an and Xianyang",it is necessary for Xianyang tomain- tain its own independence in development,develop and expand its leading industries with their own features and improve its competitive power in or- der to bridge the gap of development between Xianyang and Xi’an.更多还原
