【Abstract】 This thesis presents many arguments in many ways, including the meanings of modern civilization, the status and functions of political civilization in socialist modern civilization and the connotation of the democratic politics at basic level. Besides, the thesis also includes the opinion that the developmental degrees of democracy and centralist mainly indicate whether political civilization has been improved or not and that democratic management should be the core of the democratic political construction at the grass-roots. The thesis finally proves the status of democratic management in enterprises in the modern civilization, expounds the key component elements of democratic management in enterprises and demonstrates the main functions of workers’ congress as a carrier in democratic management in enterprises.更多还原
