【Abstract】 An efficient channel to supply public products for the rural areas is required by the deepened reform of the market economy,the weakness of agriculture,the period when agriculture needs supplement from the industry,the necessity to improve agricultural competitive ability.Nevertheless,there exist quite a lot of problems in China’s such channel which can not meet the needs of rural areas development,so it is of great urgency to build an efficient channel with stable investment and supplying,clear responsibility system,scientific decisionmaking as well as supervising system.更多还原
