【摘要】 生物多样性具有多重价值,如生态价值、社会价值和经济价值。卡拉麦里山自然保护区生物多样性不但关系到当地经济发展和人民生存安全,而且关系到整个保护区、整个新疆的可持续发展。本文分析了卡拉麦里山有蹄类自然保护区生物多样性特点及生物多样性遭受严重破坏的原因,提出了保护该区生物多样性的对策措施:①加强卡拉麦里山有蹄类自然保护区生物多样性的调查研究工作。②加强保护区的建设。③加大立法与执法制度。④加强生物多样性保护的宣传教育。⑤加强生物多样性保护的公众参与。⑥加强当地居民的基本生产、生活条件建设。⑦在保护区推行生态旅游。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biodiversity had multi-value, such as ecological value, social value and economic value. Biodiversity in the Karamori Mountain Nature Reserve had important bearing not only on local economy development and living safety of local people, but also on the sustainable development in the whole Karamori Mountain Nature Reserve, and the whole Xinjiang. This paper analyzed some characteristics of biodiversity in the Karamori Mountain Nature Reserve, and the direct reasons that destroy the biodiversity of this region. Finally, the author brought forward some advices on how to conserve biodiversity in the Karamori Mountain Nature Reserve. The measures were as follows: to enhance construction of nature preserve in this region; to strengthen legislation and enforce the law to prohibit strictly that the wild animals were hunted and wild plants are cut illegally; to strengthen the instruction of the biodiversity protection; to strengthen the public attendance; to improve some basic producing and living conditions; to implement the ecological tourism in the Karamori Mountain Nature Reserve.更多还原
