电场对白沙蒿和沙蒿瘦果粘液粘附功能的影响

【摘要】 用不同强度的电场处理沙生植物白沙蒿(Artemisiasphaerocephala)和沙蒿(Artemisiaarenaria)果实,在自然环境下研究电场作用后粘液物质将沙粒粘附于瘦果周围后瘦果重量的变化情况、果实水合与脱水情况、粘液果实及剔除粘液层的果实萌发情况。结果表明:适宜的电场使粘液瘦果吸附沙粒多,果实吸水快,脱水慢,粘液果实发芽率高于对照组,而电场对剔除粘液层果实发芽率无影响。

【Abstract】 Under natural environmental condition, the achenes of Artemisia sphaerocephala and Artemisia arenaria were treated with different electric intensity, to probe the variation of achene weight when the mucilaginous layer holds sand particles, the hydration and dehydration of the achenes, and the germination situation of mucilage-intact achenes and mucilage-free achenes. The results showed that electric field treatment made the mucilaginous achenes hold more sand particles than CK; water absorption of the achenes became fast and dehydration of the achenes became slow; the electric field treatment increased the germination percentage of mucilage-intact achenes, but didn’t affect the germination of mucilage-free achenes.
