黄土高原旱地化肥和有机肥配施对小麦品质的影响

【摘要】 在长期肥料定位试验基础上,研究施用不同肥料对小麦品质的影响。试验结果表明:施用氮素化肥能明显改良小麦品质,提高小麦营养品质,增强面团强度和筋力,降低面团的延展性;施用有机肥有利于提高小麦营养品质,增强面团强度和弹性,有机肥对小麦品质的影响作用小于氮素化肥;施用磷素化肥对小麦营养品质无明显影响,但会降低面团强度和筋力,增强面团延展性。化肥和有机肥配合施用有利于提高小麦品质,其中NPM配施对小麦品质的改良作用最为明显,NM配施作用次之,二者之间差异不明显;PM配施对小麦品质的影响作用最小,和NP配施差异不明显;化肥和有机肥配施对小麦品质改良作用大小排序为:NPM>NM>NP>PM。

【Abstract】 Based on the long-term fertilization experiment, this article studied the effects of different fertilizers on the quality of wheat. The results showed that N fertilizer could improve the nutrition quality of wheat, increase paste strength and flexibility, but decrease paste ductibility. Manure made the wheat quality better, i.e., increased paste strength and flexibility, but its effect was less than N fertilizer. P fertilizer could decrease paste strength and flexibility, and promote paste ductibility. The cooperated application of chemical fertilizers and organic manure was beneficial to improving the quality of wheat. The effect of NPM to wheat quality was most obvious, and the effect of PM was the least. The order of effect of different fertilizer combinations to wheat quality was: NPM>NM>NP>PM.
