【摘要】 目的研究血管内皮细胞生长因子VEGF、Bcl-2在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测。结果在OSCC不同分化及TNM分期病例中VEGF阳性表达率无显著差异,但Ⅳ期VEGF阳性表达级别比Ⅰ期病例有显著增高。颈淋巴结转移组的VEGF比无颈淋巴结转移组阳性率高(P<0.05)。OSCC高分化组中Bcl-2的表达率比中低分化组明显低(P<0.05)。VEGF阳性级别越高的病例组,Bc-l2的表达率越高。结论在口腔鳞癌中VEGF、Bcl-2的表达有显著的正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of the expression of VEGF and Bcl-2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of VEGF and Bcl-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P method). Results There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF in different TNM stages and pathologic grades of OSCC, but the degree of VEGF expression in the 4th TNM stage was higher than that in the other stages. There was a highly significant correlation between the expression of VEGF and the lymph node metastasis of OSCC (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the expression of Bcl-2 between cases of high and and those of moderate or low pathologic grades(P<0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 in cases of high degree VEGF expression was significantly higher than that in cases of low VEGF expression. Conclusion There is a significant positive correlation between the expressions of VEGF and Bcl-2 in OSCC.更多还原
