【摘要】 目的探讨三间隙腰椎间盘突出症的CT与临床表现。方法回顾16例CT检查证实的三间隙腰椎间盘突出症的CT与临床表现。结果16例三间隙腰椎间盘突出症均位于L3、4、L4、5及L5S1,其椎间盘突出的CT表现与单间隙椎间盘突出相同,特点是由上而下突出程度加重,下位间盘疝的钙化较为常见,而前突型仅见于L3、4椎间盘。结论三间隙腰椎间盘突出症的CT表现无特异性,但其临床表现多样。对年龄较大、临床表现复杂者应进行多间隙CT扫描,以避免漏诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the CT and clinical manifestation of three-level lumbar disc herniation （TLLDH）.Methods CT and clinical manifestations of 16 patients with TLLDH were reviewed. Results TLLDH was found in all 16 patients in L 3、4,L 4、5and L₅S₁.The CT imagine of TLLDH was same as that of one-level lumbar disc herniation.The herniation and calcification became more serious at the lower lumbar disc.The anterior herniation was only found in L 3、4.Conclusion There is no specificity for CT manifestation 0f TLLDH,but various clinical manifestations can be found. Multi-level lumbar disc scan should be taken for old patients with various clinical manifestations of herniated intervertebral disc in order to avoid missed diagnosis of TLLDH.更多还原
