【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the WBO(World Bank Organization)experts’ research process and conclusion on the challenge of state capture in transition economies. Based on the introduction, the characteristics of high capture country and captor firms, the main harm brought by state capture are summarized. Later on, the model of state capture from a low capture country to a high capture country is established. In conclusion, the theoretical value and the practical value of the research.更多还原
