聚氯乙烯/极性单体改性蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备及性能
PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF POLY(VINYL CHLORIDE)/MONTMORILLONITE ORGANIZED BY POLAR MONOMERS NANOCOMPOSITES
【摘要】 用甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸等极性小分子对钠基蒙脱土(N a+-MM T)进行处理,得到改性的有机蒙脱土(OMM T),用熔融复合法制备了聚氯乙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料。力学性能测试发现,复合材料的拉伸及冲击性能较纯PVC都得到提高。通过XRD、TEM等方法对材料的微观结构进行表征,发现所得材料为剥离型复合材料。并用DSC测试了复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)。
【Abstract】 In this paper,two kinds of polar monomers:methyl methacrylate(MMA) and acrylic acid(AA) were used to modify montmorillonite,and poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending with organic-montmorillonite(OMMT).Mechanical properties tests show that the tensile and impact properties of the nanocomposites are enhanced.X-ray diffractometry and transimission electron microscopy were used to investigate the intercalation behavior and microstructure of the composites.It is found that the montmorillonite is exfoliated in the nanocomposites.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was also employed to show the T_g of the composites.
