硅烷偶联剂表面接枝包覆纳米SiO2的研究
STUDY OF GRAFTING AND COATING EFFECT ON THE SURFACE OF NANO-SILICA BY USING SILANE COUPLING AGENT
【摘要】 采用硅烷偶联剂γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(M PS)处理纳米S iO2,并用FT-IR、ζ-电势、TG、TEM对纳米S iO2的处理效果进行了表征。结果表明,纳米S iO2的接枝率随偶联剂M PS加入量的增加而增加;当pH值为4,M PS/S iO2为50%,反应温度为110℃、时间为90 m in时,纳米S iO2表面M PS的接枝包覆率达到35.7%;此时纳米S iO2粒子在乳液中的分散更为均匀。
【Abstract】 The surface of nano-silica was treated by using silane coupling agent of MPS and the structure was characterized by FT-IR,ζ-potentials,TG and TEM.The results show that the grafting and coating percent on the surface of nano-silica is increased with the content of silane coupling agent of MPS.The grafting and coating percent reaches(35.7%) when the content of the coupling agent-MPS is 50%,pH 4,reaction time 90 min,reaction temperature 110 ℃.Photographs of TEM show that the treated nano-silica obtained is dispersed in ethanol more uniform than that of untreated one.
