γ射线辐照高密度聚乙烯/氧化铝共混体系的力学性能及导热性能
A STUDY ON THE MECHANICAL AND THERMAL CONDUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF GAMMA RAY IRRADIATED HDPE/Al2O3 BLEND
【摘要】 HDPE经过γ射线辐照后,其分子链上引入了羰基等含氧极性基团,极性提高。通过在HDPE/氧化铝(A l2O3)体系中加入辐照HDPE以及协同增容剂(Synerg ist),体系的界面相互作用增强,力学性能明显提高。由于A l2O3具有优良的导热性能,因此,HDPE/A l2O3的热导率明显提高。研究结果表明,与HDPE相比,V(HDPE)/V(-γHDPE)/V(2%Synerg ist处理A l2O3)=56/14/30体系的拉伸强度从26.3M Pa提高到32.4 M Pa,冲击强度从23.2 kJ/m2提高到35.9 kJ/m2;此时,体系的导热系数由0.46 W/(m.K)增加到1.14 W/(m.K)。
【Abstract】 Some oxygen containing groups(mainly C=O group) are introduced on the molecular chain of HDPE during gamma ray irradiation in air.The affinity between HDPE and Al2O3 are improved owing to the polar groups introduced.By the addition of synergist,the interfacial adhesion between irradiated HDPE(γ-HDPE) and t-STC(treated with 2% synergist) is further improved,the mechanical properties of HDPE/γ-HDPE/t-Al2O3 blend are improved quite a lot.With the increase of Al2O3 content in the HDPE matrix, the thermal conductivity of the blend is improved,which is attributed to the high thermal conductivity of Al2O3 fillers.
