聚合物/层状硅酸盐有机无机纳米复合材料制备与性能研究进展
ADVANCE IN THE STUDIES ON PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF POLYMER LAYERED SILICATE ORGANIC INORGANIC NANOCOMPOSITES
【摘要】 综述了近年来PLSO I制备、性能研究进展。合成方法包括溶液剥离-吸附法、原位插层聚合法和熔融插层法。性能研究包括力学性能、热稳定性、阻燃性和阻隔性等。
【Abstract】 By the coupling reaction of organic and inorganic compositions,polymer layered silicate organic inorganic nanocomposites (PLSOI) has many excellent properties,using to prepare high quality functional materials.This paper summarized the advance in the studies on preparation and properties of PLSOI in recent years.The synthesis methods include solution exfoliation-adsorption,in situ intercalative polymerization and melt intercalation ,and the properties involve mechanical properties,thermal stability and flame retardant properties,and barrier properties etc.
