FT-IR法研究UP/MMT纳米复合物的固化动力学
STUDY ON THE CURING KINETICS OF UP/MMT NANOCOMPOSITES BY FT-IR
【摘要】 通过傅立叶红外光谱,室温下测定了不饱和聚酯(U P)和含有1%有机蒙脱土的不饱和聚酯(U P-1)的固化反应过程,探索了有机蒙脱土对U P固化反应的影响。结果表明,在反应初期,U P-1出现了约25m in的诱导期;随反应时间延长,U P和交联剂苯乙烯(ST)的双键转化率逐渐增大;纯U P树脂,转化率超过25%时,ST的双键转化率高于U P;而U P-1中ST双键转化率在65%以后才开始超过U P,说明有机蒙脱土的加入对U P的固化反应有一定的阻聚作用。
【Abstract】 Curing reaction processes of unsaturated polyester(UP) and UP-1 which includes 1% montmorillonite (MMT) at room temperature were determined by FT-IR, and the effects of MMT on curing reaction of UP were investigated. As a result, 25 min of induction period are appeared in UP-1 at the beginning of the reaction. The relative conversions of C=C bonds of UP and styrene increases with time going on. To UP, the relative conversion of styrene is higher than UP when the conversion of (C=C) bonds is over 25%, but to UP1, the same situation happened until the conversion of (C=C) bonds is over 65%. All these reflected the adding of MMT has an affection on curing reaction of UP.
