POSS基高分子材料的合成及热性能

【摘要】 倍半硅氧烷(PO SS)是由S i-O组成的纳米大小无机笼型骨架芯即(S iO1.5)n,在其顶点处连接有机取代基团的特殊结构分子,PO SS基高分子材料,由于其优异的热性能引起人们广泛兴趣,文中从合成和热性能两方面,对PO SS基高分子材料的研究进行综述,并提出了今后的发展方向。

【Abstract】 Polyhedral oligosilsesquioxanes (POSS) consists of a well-defined cluster with an inorganic silica-like core ((SiO<sub>1.5)n) surrounded by eight organic corner group (functional or inert). POSS-based polymeric materials have excellent thermal properties relative to polymeric materials, so they have attracted great interest of many researchers recently. In this paper, the preparation of POSS macromer and POSS-based polymeric materials was summarized according to the synthesis methods. And the enhanced thermal properties of POSS-based polymeric materials were reviewed in detail based on the influence mechanism and factors. The study directions of POSS-based polymeric materials in the future were also pointed out.
