含柔性链EP/SiO2-TiO2纳米复合材料的制备
STUDIES ON THE PREPARATION OF EP/SiO2-TiO2 NANOCOMPOSITES CONTAINING THE FLEXIBLE CHAIN
【摘要】 以聚乙二醇(PEG-2000)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料合成预聚体,然后以3-氨基丙烷乙氧基硅烷(WD-50)对其封端,合成含有柔性链的硅烷偶联剂。并以其为改性剂,用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了EP/SiO2-TiO2纳米复合材料,利用红外光谱、动态粘弹谱仪、X射线衍射、冲击实验机、扫描电镜和原子力显微镜等手段研究了这种材料的结构与性能。结果表明,与纯环氧树脂相比,改性材料的冲击强度提高了2~3倍,并具有较高的模量和热性能,玻璃化转变温度仅发生微小的变化。
【Abstract】 Siloxane coupling agent was synthesized by 3-aminopropyl triethyloxysiliane(WD-50) and prepolymer, which was synthesized from polyethylene glycol (PEG-2000) and toluene disocyanate. EP/SiO2-TiO2 nanocomposite has been prepared by a sol-gel method using prepolymer as modifier. The structure and properties of the nanocomposite was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, measurement viscoelasticity, XRD diffraction patterns, impact property, scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope etc. The results show that the impact strength of the modified systems are 23 times higher than that of the unmodified systems, while the high modulus and good thermal properties are maintained, and the glass transition temperatures are little altered.
