CIIR/ACM/PZT/CB复合材料的阻尼性能

【摘要】 制备了CIIR/ACM/PZT/CB复合材料,通过测试该材料的振动衰减时间对其阻尼性能进行了表征,并探讨了材料不同的电阻与其阻尼性能的关系。结果表明,当材料电阻率在102.5Ω.cm~109.5Ω.cm,且压电陶瓷含量在30%~40%时,该复合材料具有优良的阻尼减振性能。

【Abstract】 An ACM/CIIR/PZT/CB composite material was prepared. At the same time, the damping behaviors were characterized and the damping mechanism of the materials was primarily explored. During undertaking external vibration, the mechanical energy of vibrations and noises are transformed into electric energy by PZT(lead zirconate titanate), realizing the conversion from vibration-energy to electric energy. If the resistance of the material is in a suitable range, the material resembles semiconductor and the resulting electric energy can not be transferred to the surface of the material and dissipated as thermal energy. On the contrary, only through the loop circuit formed by CB(carbon black) and PZT particles can realize the conversion from electric energy to heat energy . The results indicate that when the resistance of the material is between 102.5 Ω·cm and 109.5 Ω·cm, and the content of the piezoelectric ceramic is at 30%40%, the material has a perfect damping performance.
