壳聚糖-聚氨酯复合膜的结构与性能
THE PROPERTIES OF CHITOSAN- POLYURETHANE COMPOSITE MEMBRANES
【摘要】 以不同硬段结构的聚氨酯为基膜,通过流延法制备了壳聚糖-聚氨酯复合膜。研究了聚氨酯膜和复合膜的力学性能,并根据两单组分膜和复合膜的应力应变行为讨论了复合膜界面的粘合情况和粘合机理。
【Abstract】 Using the different hard segment content of polyurethane as the basal membrane, the chitosan and polyurethane composite membranes were prepared by flow casting method. The mechanical properties of the polyurethane membranes and composite membranes were studied.The adherence ability of the composite membranes was discussed from their stress and strain curves. The stress-strain curves of composite membranes according to the different adherence ability will appear four kinds of forms. It was determined that the adherence of composite membranes is caused by the molecular interaction on the interface for membranes.
