超临界水降解聚苯乙烯及其混合塑料

【摘要】 对聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚苯乙烯(PS)与聚丙烯(PP)的混合塑料进行了超临界水降解实验。考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对降解反应的影响,确定了适宜的超临界水降解PS及PS/PP混合塑料的反应条件。实验结果显示,超临界水可将PS及PS/PP混合塑料降解为液态油状物。PS可在380℃、1h内完全降解;PS/PP(质量比7/3)可在390℃、1h内完全降解。提高反应温度或延长反应时间均可促进降解反应的发生。

【Abstract】 The degradations of polystyrene(PS) and the mixture of PS/polypropylene (PP) in supercritical water were studied in this article. The influences of conditions on the degradation, such as reaction time, temperature and material ratio of water/plastics were investigated. The results show that PS and PS/PP can be degraded into oily product in supercritical water. The reaction temperature and time are the major elements effecting on the degradation. The degradation temperature of mixture shall base on the more difficult material, and increasing reaction time can speed the degradation. The conditions for the degradation of PS and PS/PP in supercritical water are 380 ℃, 1 h and 390 ℃, 1 h, respectively.
