超临界CO2中共溶剂对丙烯酰胺聚合的影响
EFFECT OF CO-SOLVENT TO ACRYLAMIDE POLYMERIZATION IN SUPERCRITICAL CARBON DIOXIDE
【摘要】 通过加入共溶剂让难溶于超临界CO2的丙烯酰胺成功聚合,使难溶固体在超临界二氧化碳中引发聚合变得可能。研究发现,与通常的聚合相比,产物的形态和性能有了明显改变。产物为白色松软的非结晶固体,与冷冻干燥法分离得到的结果相同;由于产物为粉末状,粒径约50nm,在水中易溶;同时发现空气对反应有明显的阻聚作用;而且随着压力和共溶剂的不同,聚丙烯酰胺的分子量变化明显。
【Abstract】 Successfully polymerize acrylamide in supercritical carbon dioxide by add co-solvent was polymerized successfully. Compared with the common poly-acrylamide(PAM), it′s form and performance has changed obviously. White soft amorphous PAM obtained just like the PAM with freeze-drying, and it may solve in the water for it′s very small powder. The molecular weight is vary with different pressure and co-solvent.
