【Abstract】 Bidding decision is very important for any contractor. If a contractor should submit tenders indiscriminatingly, it would inevitably result in failures in practice. The paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish hierarchical structure, and the Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process and information entropy theory to reasonably determine the weight of indexes, and then adopts the fuzzy mathematics theory and value-setting statistic principle to quantify the indexes. Finally the ideal point method is used to determine the optimum scheme. A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation decision-making method is presented for project bidding decision.更多还原
