【Abstract】 The improvement and enhancement of efficiency in banking is not only one of the important objectives for managers and regulators,but is necessary to safeguard the financial risk and allocate financial resources effectively.Based on the empirical and theoretic analysis of elements which are linked to X-efficiency for 4 state-owned commercial banks and 10 stock commercial banks,the authors try to find the correlations between these elements,then open the"black-box"of bank operation and provide the clear direction toward improving the efficiency of commercial banks.更多还原
