DADMAC-AM共聚物的合成及其对细小纤维的絮凝作用

【摘要】 合成了不同分子量和不同阳离子度(聚合物链节中阳离子单体的链节所占摩尔分数)的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)与丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚物(简称PDA-AM),用红外光谱对聚合物的结构进行了表征。探讨了不同阳离子度的PDA-AM对桉木浆细小纤维的絮凝行为。实验表明,适当降低引发剂的浓度,可以提高共聚物的聚合度;共聚物阳离子度的提高可降低其特性粘度;PDA-AM对细小纤维有显著的絮凝效果,其阳离子度和添加量对模拟白水的去浊率有较大的影响。

【Abstract】 A series of copolymers of diallyldimethylammonium chloride(DADMAC) and arcylamide( AM) with different molecular weight and different cationic degree were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by FTIR. The flocculation of the copolymers in the simulated white water of papermaking were investigated. The results showed that the degrees of polymerization can be improved by properly reducing the concentrations of the initiators; and that the increases in cationic degrees of PDA-AM would reduce the intrinsic viscosity of the copolymers. The PDA-AM exhibited significant flocculation effects on the white water; the cationic degrees and dosages of PDA-AM had great influences on deturbidities of the white waters.
