【Abstract】 Objective To increase the solubility of nimodipine in glucose solution. Methods The preparation method of emulsion was optimized with an orthogonal experiment. The compatibility of nimodipine and emulsion in 5% glucose solution was observed. Result and Conclusion Nimodipine emulsion was compatible with 5% glucose solution, thereby offering potential clinical benefits.更多还原
