高压电子电流互感器Rogowski线圈优化设计
Optimization Design for Rogowski Coil of High Voltage Electronic Current Transducer
【摘要】 根据安培环路定律和法拉第电磁感应定律,导出了有源型高压电子电流互感器传感头重要组成部分的Rogowski线圈感应电压数学模型。通过建立装配间隙系数、线圈等效尺寸等概念,讨论了决定线圈互感值大小的各项结构参数,得到了依据互感梯度物理意义而提出的Rogowski线圈最优结构设计参数计算模型,即有约束非线性最优化问题。给出了Rogowski线圈结构设计的应用实例,在MATLAB上的计算仿真结果与实际情况相符合,为有源型高压电子电流互感器Rogowski线圈结构优化设计提供了一种理论依据。
【Abstract】 Rogowski coil is an important component part of a sensor in high voltage electronic current transducer. This paper briefly describes a mathematical model of induced voltage of Rogowski coils, which is derived from Ampere’s law and Faraday law of electromagnetic induction. By creating concepts, such as assembling gap factor and coil equivalent dimension, the paper discusses the configuration parameters that determine mutual inductance of Rogowski coils. The design rule and mathematical model are presented for optimization design of Rogowski coils configuration according to a gradient of mutual inductance, which is the non-linear optimization of constraint. This paper also demonstrates an application of calculation, and the simulation results on MATLAB match the case of practical situation. It provides a frame of reference for the configuration optimization design of Rogowski coils in high voltage electronic current transducer.
