大功率激光光纤透镜耦合系统设计
Design of lens coupling system between fibers for high power laser Beam
【摘要】 在不考虑像差的情况下,采用傍轴光线传输ABCD定律,结合混合模系数M(或M2)的定义,研究了大功率LD尾纤输出的混合模类高斯光束经透镜之后束腰及束腰位置和发散角的变化,并在此基础上,利用MATLAB软件中的优化设计工具,提出一种设计大功率激光光纤准直———聚焦双透镜耦合系统的简单方法,最后给出了一个光子晶体光纤激光器透镜耦合系统设计实例.
【Abstract】 Staring from the ABCD law of paraxial beam and the definition of mixing mode coefficient M (or M2) and with taking no account of the quadrantal deviation, the changes through a lens of position of beam’s waist, waist width and angle of divergence were studied for the mixed mode beam (Gaussian-Like beam) outputted from high power LD, then a straightforward method to design the collimating-focusing fiber coupling system by two lens was presented by employing the optimum design tools of MATLAB. Finally, a design instance of coupling system used in photonic crystal fiber lasers was given.
