FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2复合基因型与汉族人群慢性牙周炎关系的研究
Association of the FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2 Composite Genotype with the Susceptibility to Chronic Periodontitis in Chinese Patients
【摘要】 目的探讨FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2复合基因型与慢性牙周炎敏感性的关系。方法收集63例重度慢性牙周炎(CP)患者、103例轻中度慢性牙周炎患者及80名健康对照者的颊粘膜拭子,提取DNA,采用序列特异性引物PCR(PCR-SSP)法及等位基因特异性引物PCR(PASA)法测定FcγRⅡA和FcγRⅢB的基因多态性,比较FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2复合基因型在各组间分布的差异。结果FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2复合基因型在重度CP组与健康对照组之间的分布有显著性差异(P<0.0125),而在轻中度CP组与对照组、重度CP组与轻中度CP组之间分布无显著性差异(P>0.0125)。结论FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2复合基因型与慢性牙周炎的严重程度相关,提示其可能与汉族人群慢性牙周炎的敏感性相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2 composite genotype and susceptibility to chronic periodontitis in Chinese patients. Methods DNA samples with buccal swabs were collected from 63 severe CP patients, 103 initial to moderate CP patients, and 80 healthy controls in Chinese Han nationality. The FcγRⅡA and FcγRⅢB gene polymorphisms were analyzed with PCR-SSP and PASA. Results The results showed the distribution of the FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2 composite genotype was significantly different between the patients with severe CP and the controls (P<0.012 5). Conclusion The results of this present study suggested that the FcγRⅡA-R131-FcγRⅢB-NA2 composite genotype had been associated with the severity of chronic periodontitis, and could be genetic indicators of the chronic periodontitis in Chinese patients with Han nationality.
